As we mark Water Saving Week 2025, we’re proud to stand behind this year’s theme: “Become a Water Saving Hero.” At ØRN, we believe real change happens when everyday actions are embedded into business processes and embraced with real purpose and backed by long-term strategy.
The fashion and textile industry is one of the largest consumers of water globally. Producing a single cotton t-shirt can require up to 2,700 litres of water (WWF, 2023). With these staggering figures, water conservation must be addressed it is no longer optional – overconsumption of resources has made it essential.
At ØRN, tackling this challenge has been central to our strategy and sustainability mission. We've long recognised the strain garment manufacturing places on natural resources and have taken action to rethink how garments are made.
